Ana Attianese
Changing Lives Facilitator
Ana is an Art-Therapist and Counsellor who has successfully worked with ethnic minorities and migrants. As a project coordinator and workshop facilitator, Ana has designed and executed diverse programs of CASA to promote wellbeing, empowerment, and improve interpersonal relationships. Specialising in coaching and mentoring, Ana has excelled in developing teaching strategies to improve knowledge, learning skills, problem-solving, and creative/critical thinking. She has also a strong emphasis on emotional resilience and micro-skills that she can apply in any group context. Ana is an open-minded professional, creative, and motivated. She maintains people’s attention with sincerity, genuine interest, warmth, understanding, and empathy. She helps improve personal development, confidence and self-esteem, and provides counselling to those who require personal support. She’s also an excellent facilitator who encourages women to work together, learn skills and have greater compassion for each other.

Monica Davila
Fitness in Action Trainer
Monica is the founder of Fitness2Wellbeing. She’s a registered Specialised Personal Trainer and a Group Exercise Leader with Fitness Australia, and has taught sports coaching and fitness at Meadowbank TAFE NSW. As an accredited Level 3 AusREP trainer, with more than 8 years of experience in the health and fitness industry, her speciality is in exercising programs which include: injury prevention and rehabilitation support; patients undergoing treatment for cancer; people with disabilities; and elderly people at aged care residencies. Monica develops her work with a very professional attitude and a positive outlook on life. She is friendly, energetic, and highly adaptable, earning the acceptance and trust of young adults who have a disability. She makes participants feel important and captures their attention through a memorable experience.

Tanya Ortiz
Administration & Project Officer
Tanya is a university graduate in Criminology and Social Sciences. A highly motivated young woman with excellent computer and social research skills, along strong communication, analytical, and writing skills. Tanya’s knowledge of crime prevention and the causes of crime allows her to understand the social issues of family violence and child abuse. Her passion for working within the community enables her to connect effectively with people and their needs. She’s highly valuable to our organisation having always been very responsible and reliable in all work practices. Tanya works in various roles, performing as a project manager in women’s groups and children’s health projects, coordinator of food hampers and, day-to-day administrative work. Her warm personality makes it a pleasure to work with her.
